We'll kick things off with a 10x2 circuit that targets every major muscle group, building strength and endurance from head to toe. To finish strong, we’ll tackle a 4-minute EMOM finisher that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized. This class is free on Zoom and open to everyone, regardless of fitness level.
