Total Body Strength

Grab a medium set of dumbbells and meet me on your mat for this total body strength workout. We will complete four circuits in total (3 exercises done twice through). Each circuit will have an arm, lower body and core exercise. As always modifications and progressions will be provided. Let’s start January off strong!
