Join me for a Saturday morning bootcamp!

We'll tackle two 6x2 strength circuits followed by 2 rounds of spicy Tabata to fire up your metabolism and keep you moving. This full-body workout is perfect for all levels—come ready to sweat and challenge yourself! You will need a yoga mat and 2 sets of dumbbells - medium and heavy.
